We went skiing in Wisconsin with our friends this weekend - it was a beautiful sunny day with lots of fresh snow. It was Eloise's first time on skis this season and George's first time on skis ever. Eloise and Andrew spent most of the day on the green and even blue slopes while George and I skied on the bunny hill. By the afternoon, George could walk up to the magic carpet and ski down using his snowplow all by himself (not bad for 2 and a half years old :)!
George went on the chair lift a couple times too and skied down with Drew
Plus Andrew and the kids built a fab snow fort in our yard

that magic carpet ride thing still seems frightening to me. Way to go Georgie. I want to plan a trip down next week. hope that fort doesn't melt before then.
