Two birthday parties in one day!

Ellie's friend Reese turned 1 on Saturday! Her party was so much fun with lots of friends and live music from Mr Singer.

Ellie's friend Mick turned 3! His party was fun with swimming and pizza and a dump truck cake from our favorite bakery.

We had a wonderful wedding weekend in New York City! We loved catching up with our dear friends - it had been such a long time. The wedding was beyond beautiful and truly one of the most fun nights of our lives. We walked all over the city and saw so many famous sights during the weekend.

By the way...Staple, remember when you joked about the Hamm's bad luck when it comes to weather when traveling? Well, our bad weather luck struck again. Our flight on Sunday was canceled and the earliest flight that we could get back home was 11:00 Monday morning. We were so bummed that we couldn't get home to see our Little Ellie. Hopefully everyone else got home safe and sound and on time.

Andrew's first Father's Day!

We had a great day of chocolate chip pancakes, wii mario kart races, sunshine and rain, the Old Town Art Fair, the beach, St. Michael's Street Fair, Jimmy John's picnic in the park, the US Open, and blogging. Happy Father's Day!

Lunch with Molly

We had lunch with Molly on Saturday at one of our favorite restaurants, Cullen's. Molly recently moved back to Indy, so we were happy to see her during her quick weekend in Chicago. Please come back soon, Mols! And thanks for the photos.

We're back!!!

We've realized 1) how much we enjoy reading our friend's blogs and keeping abreast of their lives 2) our blog is linked to several of these aforementioned blogs and our lack of updates is embarrassing and 3) one of our good friends recently remarked that they never see photos of our daughter and do not even know what she looks like. Shameful. Therefore, we are rededicating ourselves to our hammfamm blog and will be posting updates frequently. Please check back often.
